The Property

The villa consists of two levels and features seven bedrooms, along with a separate one-bedroom bungalow positioned beside an expansive swimming pool. It comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests and is fully equipped with everything needed for an exceptional holiday experience. The interior showcases refined décor with carefully selected furnishings and artwork by distinguished Italian artists.

Ground Floor

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious living area that opens onto views of the pool terrace and the sea, offering a true sense of paradise. The living room is furnished with custom-made pieces designed to host large families in comfort and style.

The dining area features a specially crafted table for group gatherings, creating a regal dining experience. From here, guests enjoy views of the pool courtyard and the sea beyond. Adjacent to the entrance is a large, fully equipped kitchen designed for both convenience and functionality.

A guest bedroom is also located on this level, ideal for those seeking easy access. This room opens directly onto the pool and courtyard area.

First Floor

A dramatic black marble staircase leads to two luxurious en-suite master bedrooms situated at opposite ends of the hallway. Both offer breathtaking views of the beach and pool area and are furnished with sophisticated elegance. Each master suite includes walk-in showers and double vanities.

The remaining four bedrooms are equally well-appointed: two overlook Ferma Beach, while the other two enjoy side views of both the mountains and the sea. All bedrooms feature private balconies, allowing guests to fully appreciate the surrounding scenery. Two additional modern bathrooms with spacious showers and double sinks serve this floor.

Lower Level

For entertainment beyond swimming and sunbathing, guests can access a dedicated game and recreation room. From the main entrance, a pathway and staircase lead to this area, which also includes a laundry space.

The Bungalow

For those desiring added privacy, the independent bungalow offers a secluded retreat with its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living area. Positioned beside the pool and overlooking Ferma Beach, it provides comfort and tranquility away from the main villa.

One of the villa’s highlights is its expansive poolside courtyard—perfect for hosting weddings and special celebrations with the Libyan Sea as a breathtaking backdrop. A landscaped garden blends harmoniously between land and sea, creating a romantic and fairy-tale atmosphere in the evenings.
